The Global Alliance is an association that endeavors to raise the quality of captions throughout the captioning industry by:

  • Empowering consumers and captioners as they work together to influence change and policy.

    Join us for an opportunity to meet the proctors of the NER-Certified Speech-to-Text Provider (NCSP) exam, Stephen Clark and Chris Ales.  Come ready with any and all questions you may have regarding the NCSP testing process, the NER model of grading, and anything else related to the NCSP and take advantage of this fantastic opportunity to hear directly from the people trained and certified to administer the NCSP exam.

    This event is FREE and open to all but is geared specifically to live captioners (including steno captioners, voice captioners, and ASR).
