2022 Board of directors Elections

Call for board Nominations 

The Board of Directors of the Global Alliance consists of 6 (six) Directors and five (5) Officers as follows: Chair, Chair-Elect*,  Secretary, Treasurer, and Immediate Past Chair.  All Director positions are to be elected by the vote members and all Officer positions are to be elected by the vote of Board members. Nominations for the Chair-Elect position is only open to Directors. All Global Alliance members are eligible to self-nominate for the Secretary, Treasurer and Directors positions. 

The following Board of Director positions are open for nominations and will be elected by Board and member vote commencing in August 2022:

• Chair-Elect* (2022-2023) - Serves as Chair-Elect in year one (1) and Chair in year two (2). Nominations open to Board Directors only.
• Treasurer (2022-2023) - Nominations open to all members.
• Director (2022-2024) - Two (2) seats open. Nominations open to all  members.

Submission deadline: June 20, 2022

*Chair-Elect commits to 3 years on the Board: 1-year Chair-Elect, 1-year Chair and 1-year as Immediate Past Chair. Immediate Past-Chair serves as an advisor to the Board but does not have voting rights.
